Help me get my home back to Africa

Donation protected
Hello lovely people,

During my years in Australia I've turned this beautiful piece of German made automobilia into my humble home and a sanctuary for many souls. Now the wild and crazy adventures I had on this magnificent continent are coming to an end and I'm looking westward.

Africa is calling.

Back to the roots to plant roots.
In Australia I gained knowledge on agriculture, permaculture and agraforestry and it's time to bring that knowledge to the test by starting an organic farm, together with my best mate Hanjo, in the wild north of Namibia . Back in mid 2019 we bought the truck together in Perth and now it's time to reunite the three boys in Namibia, to start an organic farm project together. I would be able to use the "Natyi" as a farm truck by unbolting the house box from the chassis and bolting a big tray on the back to transport things. It would give me my home that I lived in for the last 3 years, plus a truck to use around the farm over the next few years allowing me not to worry about building accommodation or buying a truck over there.

The reason I'm asking for your support today is that as we all know the world is in a massive global crisis, slowly overcoming the pandemic and now the war in Europe. It has changed a lot of things for many of us. Markets are down, prices are up, oil and some day to day items are barely affordable anymore, plus you have supply shortages everywhere. We have all been affected in one way or another. The reason you are reading this is that I am now affected by the insane jump in shipping costs that it would set me back to cargo my truck on a container ship to southern Africa. We are talking about a 65% increase over my initial budget and I am worried that I won't be able to pull this off without your help.

Your donation will directly help me to ship the "Nyati" from Brisbane to South Africa by the beginning of May and it would give me the opportunity to not have to worry about housing or transport in Namibia but empower me so to focus my time and energy on building an organic farm that produces a sustainable crop and can provide stable job opportunities within the local community. My home on wheels will give me a foundation to start with in a pretty rough place and it will be a blessing to have a portable tiny home with solar power and a shower in the middle of the bush that can serve me as shelter and ox
The truck is in a good preserved condition with very low kilometres and next to no mechanical problems. He is far better than the trucks in Africa, which is why I’d prefer to pay for shipping and keeping him.
After all it's the only home I have in this world.
Any received funds over the initial 8000€ will go towards the foundations of our organic farm. This includes but is not limited to; solar power system, watering system, farm equipment or educational purposes, to shared with the surrounding Kavango family farms.

My thank you and promise to you is, that you will be able to follow the entire journey from Australia to Africa, to organic farming and building community, permaculture and forestry, to safari bushman adventures, to all the diffrent and entertaining shenanigans we can come up with, on our up coming YouTube channel.

What could go wrong?
