Help Me Get My Car Fixed so I Can Make Rent

Hi, my name is Ajax. I live in Houston, TX and I rely HEAVILY on my car for work. The transmission in my car recently went out and has to be rebuilt. I am fortunate to have had some help from my family with the costs, but I still need $2,800 to cover the rest of the costs.

I was able to get this amount financed, but now I have to make bi-weekly payments of $238.61, a total of $477.22 every month, which i cannot afford.

I only make about $2000 a month, which is already going towards my bills (rent, car payment, insurance) and living expenses with very little left over.

I desperately need my car to get to work, which is why I need to get it fixed, and I really really need help so I can afford rent. I could use any and all help that I can get!
