Help me get my car back today!

As some of you already know, on December 5th my car was towed illegally right on my own block in East Oakland for apparently being abandoned for over 72 hours (which is completely false since i drive my car every single day). This has caused so much stress and loss of money between ubering/barting back and forth to DMV, Oakland Police Department and Auto Plus Towing. I've also missed 5 days of work from 3 of my jobs which means a very small paycheck. The day my car got towed, it had only been in the towing lot for 3 hours and they charged me $480.00 to get my car out. Since ive never had my car towed and i knew it was illegal, i refused to pay the money and did research instead. As days go by, the tow company is adding on $100 storage fees per day including the days they are closed as well as additional ridiculous fees. They made me pay off any tickets i had for the car as well as a vehicle release fee and fees to access my car to retrieve important documents. I later found out that this is a common thing that has been going on specifically in East Oakland (where i live and was towed). They are targeting low income neighborhoods and locating cars that dont look as new as others. It is almost impossible to fight it since APT is under contract with OPD, therefore OPD will not do anything to help me. I plan on taking them to small peoples court but I am asking my friends and family for help as this has not been easy money for me to just throw out there. I need my car every single day, as i have 4 different locations to commute to for work throughout the week (Dance Instructor in Moraga, Hercules and El Cerrito. Receptionist in San Francisco). If i do not get my car out by today or tomorrow, they will auction it off and i wont be able to fight for it anymore. I hate to admit this, but i need help. If i were to receive any christmas present, i would ask for any donations to help me get my car back. Thanks so much for reading.
