Help me lay my Best friend to rest

My name is Lilli, I’ve been Melissa’s closest friend for over the last decade. Melissa is one of those types of people you only get once in your lifetime. She always put everyone else before herself, smiled on her hardest days, and showed up even when she didn’t want to. Her laugh was contagious, she would go out of her way for strangers, and she brought together everyone in a room with little to no effort. Melissa would give the shirt off her back to whoever needed it, and usually, she was so good at reading people that the offer would come before you would even have to ask. Melissa was born in Michigan. She moved to WA around 2015, and that’s when we met. We have really been inseparable since. You don’t come across many people in life that you can trust with knowing every part of you, and if you got the chance to ever meet her, you’d know she just felt so safe. Melissa passed away Wednesday, April 29th, unexpectedly and quickly. Further details have not been disclosed, and the family and I are all still waiting for some answers. During this time, we are trying to get her mother, Theresa, and brother, Justin, to WA from Michigan to further assist the situation. I’m asking all of you who know Melissa’s heart to help me ensure I get to lay my best friend to rest like she deserves. Any donations will go towards her funeral and gathering her and her belongings to be stored or returned with her mom back to Michigan.
