Help us celebrate Devan

My name is Brandon Smith and I'm starting this fund to help get me home to Indiana to see my little brother before it's too late. My little brother Devan has been sick with Kidney Diesase since he was 3 years old. He has been in and out of the hospital his entire life. As of this point he has no kidneys and has to do dialysis 2-3 times a week. Almost two years ago he had a stroke and had to be put into a medically induced coma and have his skull opened up to relieve the stress on his brain. The doctors didn't know if he would ever wake up, and informed us that even if he did he may not be able to walk or talk ever again. After almost two weeks the doctors took him out of the coma and Devan woke up to began the long road to recovery. Unfortunately after 2 years of physical therapy and over 20 years in and out of the hospital Devan has decided to stop his dialysis treatments to end his pain and suffering. It's unclear at this point how long he has the doctors say 2 maybe 3 weeks. I'm the oldest brother to 4 siblings and this is killing me not to be home with him. I'm not usually the type of person to ask for money, but because this is so sudden I have no where else to turn. I'm trying to get a paid leave of absence at work but it is looking like I may only be able to take an unpaid leave. Any amount donated will help me out more than anyone can imagine. Update: Unfortunately yesterday at 7:58 am we lost Devan. It was very quick and somewhat unexpected because we thought he would have a few more days or weeks. Devan was a beautiful soul and smiled throughout the entire processes. He loved everyone so much. I have raised my goal to $5,000 to help with the funeral costs and to help my mom with her bills until she can go back to work. Please share the link around to spread the word. Thank you so much.
