Help me get back to work and save my home and dogs!

I was in a car accident. Not at fault, a hit and run. After being out of work for 3 months, I was finally able to get another truck only to have my rear end hanging in my driveway after 2 weeks. I do landscaping work 7 days a week. Haven't been able to get to work in a month and probably have worked maybe 5 times in the last 3 months. Don't know what else to do. My only family is my 25-year-old son who lives 2 hours away. I'm 55 years old and due to all of this, I am behind on all my bills, especially my rent, which I'm 3 months behind. Can't seem to catch up, have no transportation, and if I can't figure something out quick, I will be homeless.

The solution to my problem is getting a vehicle. I have the work; I just can't get to and from my jobs. I recently moved 30 minutes away from my hometown and don't know anyone where I currently reside. My jobs are 30 minutes to 1 hour away. This has been a total nightmare. I have always been able to support myself. I have 2 hernias that I have been needing to take care of but couldn't afford to have them done. I also have 2 dogs who were on heartworm preventative, but I missed 2 weeks and now they both tested positive for heartworm, and I can't afford the treatment, which is about a grand each.

I'm trying to raise enough money to catch up on my bills, get treatment for my dogs, and buy a cheap but reliable vehicle, preferably a truck due to the nature of my work, so then I can get back to work and start saving to have my surgery done.

I have worked so hard for so long and due to a wreck that wasn't even my fault, I stand to lose everything. I have always been the person who would pay it forward; now I can't even afford to buy groceries. It's depressing, and I'm starting to lose hope. If anyone could help save me from this nightmare, I would forever be grateful. Thank you for your time.
