A few days ago, I was involved in a car crash that left my car completely wrecked. Thankfully, I wasn’t seriously injured, but losing my car has turned my daily life upside down. Living in Los Angeles, having a car isn’t just a convenience—it’s a necessity. Without a car, I can’t get to work or school, and it’s been incredibly stressful trying to figure out how to move forward. I’ve been relying on friends for rides, but it’s not always possible when I need it most.

My car is essential for more than just getting around. I work as a babysitter, and I use my own car to get to jobs and help families who depend on me. I also use my car to take my grandma to her doctor’s appointments, pick up my 12-year-old brother from school, and run errands for my single mother. Not having a car has made it nearly impossible to keep up with these responsibilities, and it’s been overwhelming trying to juggle everything without reliable transportation.

I’m raising funds to help cover the costs of either repairing my car or, if that’s not possible, getting a new one. I’m doing everything I can to get back on my feet, but the financial burden is more than I can handle alone.
