As many of you know I have suffered from Crohn's disease since I was 23 years old. For the last 25 years I have been in and out of flare-ups and trying to control this with diet. For the most part I have done pretty well considerably. However for the last year I have been in the second worst flare-up of my life. My quality of life is null. I have been in bed for over a year and in pain 24/7. I have been to the doctor several times and unfortunately I have had a GI doc who was seeing me for 6 years basically fire me because I wouldn't take her biologics. Biologics are the only focus in Western medicine right now for Crohn's colitis and many other autoimmune disorders. Unfortunately my brother, Patrick, died when he was 45 years old of PML. This is the main side effect of all of the biologics and they are just now starting to do research on the hereditary effects of PML since it is so very very rare. Biologics could definitely be a death sentence for me. And I don't want to take that chance as much as my quality of life is null right now, I'm not ready to die. Once my brother was diagnosed he was dead within 2 months. I have been forced to try and seek alternative methods and so might have looked into such as fmt but I'm not a candidate because I do not have c-diff. I ran across this through a dream that I had and it looks like they have been using the hyperbaric chamber on Crohn's and colitis and inflammatory bowel disease since the 1930s. It is used for internal wound healing. It makes perfect sense that this could heal me because essentially what inflammatory bowel disease is is intestinal ulcerations throughout your intestinal tract which is basically open wounds and inflammation. Both of those are treated well with hyperbaric chamber. It is a very expensive treatment and I am asking for your help. If you can't help monetarily if you can pass this along on your social media I would really appreciate it. The treatments are $135 each and I have to do 40 of them. But the doctor thinks it will heal me. I will be starting treatments on June 24th and going for 2 months 5 days a week for 2 hours a day into the hyperbaric chamber.
