Help me get a service dog and pay for training

 I suffer from a medical condition called Vasovagal syncope which means my heart rate and blood pressure drop suddenly with little warning and I lose consciousness, but there is not really any known reason why. Over the past few months my episodes have become a lot more frequent and it has become concerning for my safety because I could fall and hit my head or hurt myself some other way. My doctor and I have decided that a service dog could seriously benefit me and my safety being that there is no treatment for vasovagal.
