In mid-August 2025, my vehicle broke down due to a recall issue. Sadly, the dealership was unable to repair it, and I’ve been without a working car ever since. I’ve been saving every dollar I can, while relying on the kindness of friends for rides to Doctor’s appointments, the grocery store, Local markets and events where I sell my baked goods; which is my only income, etc.

A dependable SUV would allow me to:

I’m specifically looking for a Honda or Toyota SUV; something known for longevity, safety, and lower maintenance costs. Most reliable options with good mileage are priced around $12–14k.
