Help me get a new kidney it will save my life.

I’ve been on dialysis for over 3 years now since September,1,2017, I go to my treatments 3 times a week for about 4 1/2 hours per treatment and if I can get a kidney transplant it would eliminate the need for dialysis and would prolong my life, I’m only 41 years old and have 7 children aged 3 yrs old to 25 and 5 grand children and I would like to live for a long time yet so I can watch all of my children and grand children grow up SO PLEASE HELP ME REACH MY GOAL which would go to the cost of the operation and travel funds most likely to Vancouver or Toronto where they have the best surgeons and hospitals, thank you so much for taking the time to review my request for help.
