Help me get a laptop for my birthday!

Hello there! My name is April and I am an artist. My current laptop is very old and is beginning to fail, so I need an upgrade very badly.
I specifically am asking for a 'gaming' laptop. Why a gaming laptop and not a desktop? Firstly, gaming specs for computers compliments the fact I need to run very extensive art programs. At any given time I have photoshop and paint tool sai running at the same time as well as music/videos to listen to. Couple that with multiple chat programs to talk to different clients and working in high rez high dpi art, it's just getting too much for this old laptop. There's always the 'fun' events where the laptop freaks out and completely corrupts whatever I was working on, loosing hours or work.
I also would like to play Fallout 76 with my friends, and this current laptop can't even run Minecraft or Terraria at lowest settings. It's pretty awful.
This month on the 29th is my 32nd birthday. My birthdays are very special to me as when I was born, the doctor remarked that I would be very lucky to reach 25. But here I am, outliving that life expectancy for now almost 7 years! Beating the odds and living is an amazing thing and I am grateful to be alive.
So this year, I am asking for help in getting both something I need to keep working, and also something I want for fun to do while still stuck indoors. I would be incredibly grateful for any type of help for this.
