I have End Stage Renal Disease, and my journey has been filled with many challenges. Right now, I am working hard to get on the donor lists at several transplant centers so I can receive a life-saving kidney transplant. This means traveling back and forth to doctors’ appointments, which can be both physically and financially exhausting. Each trip is a step closer to a healthier future, but the costs add up quickly.

Being able to get on multiple donor lists increases my chances of finding a match and getting the transplant I need.
