Hi everyone, my name is Brianna Davila.

I’m moving into my own apartment on October 1st, and I just need a little help raising some money to make it feel like home. This is my first time living completely on my own, and while I’ve been working part-time and going to school at FAU, I could use a hand covering the basics that make an apartment livable.

When I first moved out, I ended up in a neighborhood that wasn’t safe. Even with signs posted and cameras up, people would come onto our property at night drunk, trying to break into our car and even into the house I shared with my roommate. It left me feeling uneasy and on edge.

Thankfully, I’ve now found a much better apartment that’s in a safer neighborhood at a good price with utilities included, and I’m so grateful for the chance to start fresh.

Now my goal is to furnish it with the essentials so I can settle in and focus on school and work. I’m hoping to cover:

• A bed frame and mattress ️

• A sofa ️

• A dresser

• A dining table & chairs ️

• Kitchen supplies (pots, pans, utensils, cups)

Every donation will go directly toward these essentials. Even a small contribution will help me create a safe, comfortable home of my own.
