Hi, my name is Nate Ramirez and I’m raising funds for my top surgery that is scheduled for this August with Dr. Mosser. I’m 21 and a full time student and currently am struggling to make all the costs that come with this. Juggling school and family and myself has been difficult financially for me.

This surgery is a huge step toward feeling good about myself and the body I have. It’s something I’ve thought about and hoped for for years. I’ve done everything I can to prepare, mentally, emotionally, and financially, but I didn’t realize just how much the full cost would be. Even with partial insurance coverage, there are still significant expenses for the surgery itself, travel, recovery supplies, and time off work.

Right now, I’m living at home and helping support my parents while going to school full-time. That means most of what I earn goes toward family needs, and it’s made saving up for surgery incredibly difficult.

That’s why I’m reaching out here. If you’re able to contribute, no matter how small, it would mean the world to me. Your support would help me take this step toward feeling more whole and at peace in my body. And if you’re not able to give, sharing this fundraiser would be an amazing help.
