Help me for Elchin

My name is Samir Aliyev. I am from Azerbaijan, Baku. Currently I'm living in US, NC, Charlotte. I am a friend of Elchin Khalilov who have been killed in his cell phone repair shop. The money I'm going to spend for his funeral expenses (transfer his body to Azerbaijan), for probate attorney regarding his bank accounts and business and the rest for his family support. I'm going to pay the bills and transfer rest of the money to his family.
