Hello friends and family,

As many of you know I've been working tirelessly for the last 10+ years on my journey as a baker, cake maker and chef. I have now been presented with the opportunity to buy Cakes by Grace and take my career to the next level! I am hoping to raise funds through donations for a bit of seed money to get through the start up costs and my first month of expenses.

My journey has been filled with extreme ups and downs from starting my first bakery business the year before covid, to getting things back up and running after shut downs only to be evacuated for the Caldor fire. Despite these, and *many* more, seemingly insurmountable challenges, I have dedicated every ounce of my being to pushing through and continuing to forge a path forward! I am determined to find success through my relentless hard work in the career I am passionate about.

If you've followed me this far you know I've been working 90+ hours a week for the last 3 years as Executive Baker for a company called Tahoe Cakes by Grace. I am now taking over ownership and am extremely excited to take this in a fun, fresh direction to continue to bring unparalleled, high quality baked goods to the Tahoe area. This community has given me such an incredible amount of support and I am thrilled to continue providing my services to the place that has allowed me to flourish. Your donation will help me pay for the first 2 months of basic expenses so I can hit the ground running when the busy season starts in May! I am incredibly grateful for any contribution you can make.
