Hi! I’m Izzy Duszynska and I’m 13 years old, and I absolutely LOVE gymnastics! ‍♀️

I’ve been doing gymnastics since before I could even walk properly (seriously!)—and as one of three triplets, you can imagine how busy our house has always been!

I’ve recently been given an amazing opportunity… I’ve been invited to represent Gymfinity at our first international competition! It’s happening in Asselheim, Germany on the 13th & 14th December 2025, and I would LOVE your help to get there! ✨

To raise money for my trip, I’m doing something a bit different (and a bit challenging!)…

‍♀️ THE CHALLENGE:

I’m taking part in THE RUN @ HEATON PARK 5K on Sunday 7th December — but with a twist…

For every kilometre I complete, I’ll stop and do a special gymnastics challenge:

• 1st km: 1 minute of handstands ‍♀️

• 2nd km: 2 minutes of cartwheels

• 3rd km: 3 minutes of gymnastics balance poses (on grass!) ‍♀️

• 4th km: 4 minutes of core holds (planks, V-sits, and more!)

• 5th km: I’ll take on a challenge suggested in the donor comments!

Where the Money Goes:

I’m hoping to raise funds to help cover the cost of my travel, accommodation, and competition fees for the Germany trip.

But I also want to give back—so I’m donating 25% of everything I raise to the Rainbow Trust, an amazing UK charity that supports families with seriously ill children. ️
