My name is Robbie and I’m 10 years old.
Ever since I read my favorite book The One and Only Ivan, all I’ve ever wanted was to be a gorilla. I’m about 98.25% similar genetically, but I lack the size and fur, and walking on my knuckles is difficult (I’ve tried). So the closest I can get to achieving my dream is playing a VR game called Gorilla Tag.
I haven’t been around for any of the Gorilla Tag plush campaigns, and the new one just released on Juniper Creates . I’m trying to buy the Monke Match Bundle (linked below). I know it only cost $62. That’s because it’s 10% off right now.
But alas, I’m broke. Just like a real gorilla! So that’s why I’m setting up this funding page. Now I’m trying to get the monke plush because I know it’ll be fun and a nice memory of the closest I’ve come to being a gorilla with some drip.
I’m asking for $100 so I can donate the extra to the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund, because they do a lot to help my gorilla brothers and sisters. I learned about endangered gorilla species in class.
