Hi folks, I hate that I have to do this again…

…but my surgeon didn’t do a great job with my already very expensive top surgery procedure that I had done last April. He promised me I wouldn’t have dog ears (loose skin under the armpits) and I have much worse than that - there’s actually big lumps of fat under my arms that are extremely uncomfortable and also look terrible. And a fold of skin in the middle of my chest. As well as a very jagged, messy scar. I will need to see a different surgeon to have this fixed as I do not trust my original surgeon. I’ve seen multiple people have even worse outcomes than I have who’ve gone to him and I can’t bear to face the trauma of another botched surgery.

Gender affirming surgery is lifesaving and should be covered by Medicare. It’s currently under review for that to happen due to the overwhelming evidence. But it wont be for years to come, if it does happen.

To have this fixed so it looks good and importantly FEELS good, it’s going to cost me over $7000. Any small amount helps. Please share with your networks.
