Help me fix my tooth implant and severe pain

Hey, I'm Molly. This fundraiser is to help me get out of dire straights in the dental department. 15 years ago, when I was still under my parents' dental insurance, I got an implant in my jaw to replace a bad tooth root. The process was never fully completed and I've had that implant in my jaw without a proper crown for over a decade.

Now, the implant is failing, and I'm likely going to need dental surgery to replace it (hopefully without a bone graft but we will see once we get the X-Rays back). I work for myself and don't currently have dental insurance so everything is going to have to be paid out of pocket.

I'm in intense pain and this issue needs to be addressed now, whether I'm financially ready for it or not. (I'm not) Please consider helping me to fix my dental implant, get a new one and hopefully avoid major surgery.
