Hi everyone, my name is Antoine, and I really need a bit of help right now.

Just today, my 5 month old rescue kitten Cosmo had a little accident, he peed on the corner of my desk, and it dripped down into my computer. Unfortunately, the liquid reached my GPU, which caught on fire and damaged both my graphics card and CPU fan.

Cosmo and his sister are rescue kittens from the same litter, their mom found a home with another kind lady, and I’ve been doing my best to give these two the love and care they deserve. He’s still learning and adapting, so I can’t be mad at him, but it’s left me in a tough spot and I'm not sure what to do and feel very stuck.

This computer isn’t just for fun, I’ve been using it for 5 years to stay connected with friends from around the world and to earn some extra income doing Java and Kotlin development for Minecraft plugins. Replacing my GPU and CPU fan is more than I can afford at the moment, especially with how expensive parts have gotten recently.

The funds will be used to replace the GPU and the CPU fan for their equivalent. It will unfortunately be more than CAD 1000 $ but I figured I could try my best to cover the difference.
