Help me fix my janky-ass teeth?

Hi. As most of you know, I have serious dental issues that require me to have what's left of my teeth removed and dentures made. Due to financial pains, some self-administered and some not, (my wife lost her job, I lost about 40% of my income during the pandemic and maxed all my credit cards out), I don't have the co-pay portion right now and that is going to be approximately $4-5000 when all is said and done. I could swing it, but it would take away from vital expenses, such as my mortgage, etc... Therefore, I have to prioritize those at the moment. My biggest concern right now is that this is negatively affecting my health.

As much as I hate to ask for help, here I am asking for help. If you can, might you pitch in? I can't even begin to say how much this means, and I certainly don't want anybody to help if they're also struggling or even if they just would rather not. It's been a struggle for almost everybody of late, so I don't take this step lightly.

I promise I won't think any less of you and I sincerely mean that. And I will pay it back, or forward, or whatever...Actually, if there is any overages it would go to my wifes dental fund. She's not as bad off as I am, but she's in rough shape also.
