Help me fix my car so I can continue to work pls

My name is John and I have been having car issues stacking up, I use my car in order to work as a gig driver (doordash and uber eats). As some may know I have recently been labeled as "primary progressive" with my MS, and it has been rough, yet I am compelled to keep pushing forward and continue to work rather than just say woe is me and give up while I'm still able to partially function. I am asking for any help towards the cost of repairs towards my vehicle not only for myself and the sake of working but so that my nearly 3 year old daughter doesn't have to suffer riding in a car with no air conditioning and the risk of being there when it breaks down, a tire blows, or breaks give out. I am trying to do everything in my power to make ends meet but life always seems to have other plans and like to make things much more difficult than needed. Our vehicle currently has no ac, two bald front tires, front breaks that feel like they are on their last bit of life, and a few general upkeep things such as oil change and tire alignment that happen to be needed all at once. Anything at all to help us get through this rough patch is greatly appreciated.
