But this wasn’t built in a lab.

I built this in Yukon, Oklahoma, alone — while caregiving full-time for my wife, whose severe Levoscoliosis went undiagnosed for years because no one took the time to listen. That silence nearly broke us. And it became the blueprint for the system I built to protect others.

I’ve worked in television news for over 25 years — and I know a real story when I see one.

I’m still caregiving full-time — not just for my wife, but now for our elderly dog Daisy, who can no longer walk on her own. I carry her outside using a towel sling. I cook, clean, shop, and support our 12-year-old son through virtual school, which he just completed with straight A’s.

But the lights are about to go out.
