Hi everyone, my name is Angel Payton and I’m reaching out for support as I work towards achieving my lifelong goal of earning my bachelor’s degree.

My journey in higher education began in 2015 at Central Michigan University, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to complete my degree at that time. In 2021, I enrolled at Michigan State University with a renewed determination to graduate, and now, as a first-generation college student, I am just one semester away from making that dream a reality.

While balancing two jobs and paying $500 per month toward tuition, I have worked tirelessly to fund my education, but despite my efforts, I am $4,000 short of what I need to cover my final semester’s costs to graduate this June.
