Our political situation is a shitshow… and it's only getting worse as we re-elect the same people and support the same parties that created this mess. The approval rating for Congress is 7% and the re-election rate is 95%. It is higher than the Former Soviet Pollitt Bureau. How can you achieve such an incredibly high re-election rate with such a miserable approval rating? Easy, you prevent fair competition.

Politicians are always talking about how competition benefits all and they pass laws that make it a crime to prevent competition. But if competition is good for all, then why isn't it good for the Democratic and Republican Parties? And now that both parties are terrified that voters will look outside their parties for solutions, they’re making our election laws even more unfair.

Our only solution is to add competition to the 2 parties and replace career politicians. To do this, we must only vote for candidates who pledge their support to three specific changes in our election laws. Luckily, these are changes that you (the American People) already support… overwhelmingly! … and on both sides. Yes, “Both Sides!” They are Term Limits to put an end to career politicians, Ranked Voting to stop the spoiler effect and Equal Rules and Laws for 3rd Parties so independent candidates can have a fair chance of being elected to office.

These are changes that the vast majority of voters already want, proving that we are not as polarized as the parties want you to think. (This is #1 on our list of Mistaken Beliefs.) So, we are NOT trying to convince you of anything. Reset America is simply a plan to give you what you already know that we need. It’s realistic, easy, and doesn’t cost a thing. It doesn’t require help from Congress, and it can be achieved in just 2-3 elections. These changes won’t solve all our problems overnight, but they are a necessary first step for any meaningful change to happen. It can’t get easier than this.

There are simple, no-cost solutions to our worst problems that are not even considered because they don’t help politicians get re-elected. But time is running out. We must take immediate steps to change the trajectory of our nation while we still can.
