I’m in my final semester of graduate school, and I’m asking for help so I can finish strong. This is not easy for me to write, but I’ve learned that strength doesn’t always look like doing everything by yourself. Sometimes it looks like telling the truth and allowing people to support you when you need it most.

I’m completing two master’s degrees and doing everything I can to make it through this last stretch. I’m working, applying for jobs, and staying active in the community, but the truth is the weight of tuition and everyday living expenses has caught up with me in this final season. I’ve carried myself for a long time. I’ve been responsible from a young age. I’ve prayed, pushed, and persevered, and now I’m standing closer than I’ve ever been to graduation.

This fundraiser is simply about finishing what I started. I’m not asking for help to live large. I’m asking for help to stand at graduation knowing I did not quit when it got hard. Every dollar helps. Every share matters. Every prayer means more than you know. If you’re able to support me in any way, thank you. I will never take it lightly. And if you’re not in a position to give, please share. That matters too. I am grateful beyond words for everyone who has walked with me this far.

This summer, I will also be leading a small literacy and leadership camp as part of my graduate capstone - something that has been a dream of mine long before I ever knew what graduate school would look like. But right now, my heart is simply focused on getting through this final semester with integrity.
