Help me fund my first wheelchair!

Hey, I’m dria. Back in early 2024 I started suffering with significant health issues- chronic pain in my joints, uncontrolled seizures, and occasional paralysis in my legs or feet. I could continue listing symptoms for a long time, but the point is that my mobility has reduced drastically and I’m not getting the right help. I’m unable to work due to my seizures and a wheelchair would help drastically reduce my pain and fatigue, which in turn would reduce the amount of seizures I have. Getting this wheelchair would truly mean getting my life back, and I’d appreciate anything you could give.
