Help me find my daughter Leandri

Leandri disappeared from our family home 4 December 2024. I opened the door and she was gone.

What I am doing next:

Children are innocent and should not be used as pawns. I need to find my daughter so that this irreversible impact on her development can be brought to an end. What has happened to my family must never be allowed to happen to any citizen of a "civilized" country ever again. Such a gross overreach of the State's legislative power must be reined in. The State should never again be allowed to engineer or permit a child being taken from their parent without the child having been in danger. No child should have to be put through such a traumatic experience ever again.

I need to bring this matter up in court for Judicial Review under the Civil Procedure Rules for Public Law: Rule 54. If the judge looks favourably on our case, he may even agree to have it expedited - as a matter of public interest.

The judge will provide a verdict on whether or not public bodies have behaved irrationally & unreasonably and hence - unlawfully.

Three points in particular will be included in the deliberation:

1. Was the behaviour of public bodies predictable?

2. Is the citizen able to understand what is happening?

3. How does the citizen feel when large power bodies begin to behave in a way that they cannot predict or understand?

Background:

How did me developing Multiple Sclerosis lead to the State arranging for my daughter to no longer have a present father?

In November 2023 I became increasingly sick. By March 2024, I was no longer able to work. It transpired that I have Multiple Sclerosis. I attempted to reach out to both the public and private healthcare systems for a diagnosis but I was persistently denied and MRI scan with gadolinium during the Multiple Sclerosis attack. This would have provided a swift and safe diagnosis. Instead I was subjected to a litany of escalating degrading treatment. Unbeknown to me, I was being pushed through a less documented method under the McDonald Criteria for Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis - involving highly invasive and destructive psychiatric evaluation in response to engineered difficulties inflicted on the patient. In my attempt to try and understand what was going on and why the medical profession was not only not helping me but also actively giving me bad medical advice that would go on to make my condition worse, I asked for another conversation with my NHS GP in April 2024. This would lead him to eventually say to me: "Just enjoy this summer with your daughter. That's all I'm saying." Little did I know that the plan had already been hatched under a State-approved scheme that provides legislative cover for the medical profession to engineer a child's parent to be taken away in the name of "medicine".

Why I'm raising this to you:

As you can guess, such an extreme and unusual experience has left me feeling powerless. If this can be done to me, something similar can be done to you. So even if you are not able to help in any of the ways outlined below, hopefully some good has come out of the horror inflicted on my family's lives by me raising awareness and therefore helping you and your loved ones to be better prepared than we were.

The £500 I am hoping to raise is to help for the initial legal consultation. Once they inform me as to what the total cost will be, I will need to do another fund raise.
