I am mostly disabled by a chronic, undiagnosed neuromuscular illness that began almost 23 years ago, but for unknown reasons became completely debilitating over the last four years. This condition has made daily life extremely difficult, and I am unable to work or participate in activities I once enjoyed. Despite seeing multiple specialists, I have not yet received a clear diagnosis, and the uncertainty has been both physically and emotionally exhausting.
I am seeking support to help cover the costs of comprehensive medical testing and physical therapy. These funds will allow me to pursue the next steps in my healthcare journey, with the hope of finally receiving a proper diagnosis. With answers, I can begin treatment and work toward regaining my independence and improving my quality of life.
