Help me Fight Homelessness❤️

Hi I’m Quandrea

and I’m currently facing homelessness due to negligence of my apartment’s former leasing manager. Early May 2022 I signed a 14 month lease for $904 a month and I went on thinking everything was fine.

sadly, No. I was still being charged $800 for the month of June. I went to my leasing office no one was there and I called constantly no answer.. so I paid the $800. I get a lease renewal letter the week before July comes.. I call and call no answer. So I waited to hear back. NOTHING.

July came around I get a letter saying I owe money from last month and they charged me month to month (which is 1,200) I hurry to the office and someone is finally there.. the office has totally new people.. she tells me the lease that I have they have no recollection of is null and void and in order for me to sign a new lease I have to pay the balance. it’s a new month and the office manager is giving me a little time.
