Hey everyone,

I’ve never been good at asking for help, but it is apparent that I don’t have another option. I was born with a malformed pancreas that has been causing me severe illness over the last 2 years. Over the last 3 months alone I have had to undergo 3 experimental procedures, all within 30 days of one another. While I was extremely hopeful that they would be the answer to my near constant pain and nausea, I am sadly still feeling much of the same symptoms as I was prior to the surgeries. I was informed of outpatient infusions that I can receive to alleviate some, or all of, the pain that I have been experiencing, however they are not covered by my insurance.

Each infusion is $500 & I will need to go 3-4x a week for 2 weeks. As of now, I am scheduled to have my first infusion on February 14th. It has been a long, relentless battle with trying to feel okay again & I am sincerely hopeful that these infusions can speed up the process. I am grateful for any amount of financial assistance in covering these treatment costs and for the time you’ve taken to read this far.
