Help me fight this dodgy builder

Nine news story A dodgy builder Todd Buckley and his partner Narn Noir from Mener group pty ltd were more than triple the time over time in completing my build and there's a giant list of defects he hasn't come back and fixed. I can't afford to pay my previous lawyer fees and I'm now stuck having to  represent myself and cant afford to pay another lawyer. I have done nothing wrong ,it's been going on since May 2015 and now I'm on the verge of bankruptcy. I have lost 100's of 1000's of dollars.  The case is still ongoing . I was on channel nine news a month or two ago for what he's done to me,Nine news story link .  The stress of it all pushed me to the verge of suicide. The government havent done enough to stop him and it's been a long and difficult process through the building commission and then now the State administrative tribunal. I need help to fight this builder. If I bring him down it will also help the long list of innocent people been fraudulently taken advantage of. The money is for lawyer fees to do this.
