Hello, my name is Adelmo Luiz Fernandes, and I’m writing this with a heavy heart to ask for your help. My wife, Lilian Rodrigues, is 56 years old and the devoted mother of our child who has Down syndrome and autism. She has recently been diagnosed with a skull base meningioma—a serious brain tumor that is affecting her health and her ability to care for our family.
