My name is Aimee, and I am the biological mother of Isabella and Matthew Marsh. I am reaching out because I am fighting for custody of my children due to serious concerns for their safety and well-being. On March 19th, 2026, Jeffrey Marsh told me in person that he had given my son Matthew a bag of weed to sell to another child for money for cigarettes. Unfortunately, this is not the first time he has provided my children with weed or weed vapes, despite my repeated requests for him to stop. He has also taken money from my children's friends and bought them weed vapes. Their father, Jeremy Marsh, is currently in prison for serious charges. I have tried to involve children services, but they have not taken action to protect my children.

I am seeking help because I need to hire a lawyer to fight for custody and ensure my children are safe. The funds raised will go directly toward legal fees and court costs, which are necessary for me to move forward with this process. I am doing everything I can to protect Isabella and Matthew, but I cannot do it alone.
