Hi, my name is Savion Amaro, and I’m a father fighting to be in my daughter Nova’s life — not just as a visitor, but as an active, present, and loving parent.
Right now, I’m in the middle of a custody battle for Nova, my beautiful 3-year-old daughter. I’m asking for your help to raise the funds I need to hire a family law attorney who can help me protect my rights and ensure Nova has the stable, loving future she deserves.
In recent past events, Nova’s mother has made it extremely difficult for me to see my daughter. She has withheld visits, ignored agreed-upon times, and often refuses to communicate. This has left me heartbroken — and Nova confused and caught in the middle.
All I want is to be in my child’s life — to love her, guide her, and be there for her emotionally, physically, and financially. But I can’t do that without going through the court system to establish a fair custody order. That’s why I need legal help.
Every dollar donated will go directly toward:
• Retaining a family court lawyer who can help me fight for custody and time-sharing rights
• Paying filing fees and court costs
• Covering any potential evaluations or legal services needed in the process
This fight isn’t about revenge or conflict — it’s about doing what’s right for Nova. She deserves to have both parents in her life. She deserves stability, love, and a father who’s allowed to be there for her without interference.
I’ve been doing everything I can — working hard, saving money, and educating myself on family law — but now I need help. I can’t do this alone anymore.
Whether you can donate $5 or $50, every little bit helps me get closer to hiring a lawyer who will stand up for Nova’s best interests. And if you can’t donate, please share this page to help me reach others who might be willing to help.
I’m not perfect, but I’m a committed and loving father who just wants the chance to raise his daughter. This has been one of the most painful and stressful times in my life — and I’m doing this not just for me, but for Nova, so she knows her father never gave up on her.
Thank you for reading, supporting, and standing with me.
Your help means everything.
With gratitude,
Savion Amaro
