Cancer is back. After rounds of chemotherapy, radiation, and a total glossectomy (removal of my entire tongue), it has returned to the original site in my oropharynx and has also spread to my lungs. I have started immunotherapy, hoping for the best, but the journey has been incredibly tough. The side effects are severe, and daily life has become very difficult as I try to manage both the physical and emotional challenges.

This diagnosis has placed a heavy burden on me, not only medically but financially. The costs of ongoing treatment, medications, and daily living expenses are overwhelming. I am doing everything I can to stay strong and positive, but I need help to keep going.
