Hi, I’m Brianna, and I’m reaching out for support on one of the most important steps in my journey—facial feminization surgery (FFS).
For those who don’t know, FFS is a life-changing procedure for many trans women like myself. It’s not about vanity or wanting to “look different”—it’s about finally feeling at home in my own skin and being seen the way I truly am. Every time I look in the mirror, I want my reflection to align with how I feel inside.
The Cost & Why I Need Your Help
I’ve been working hard to make this happen on my own, but FFS is expensive. The total cost of my planned procedures is upwards of $65,000, and unfortunately, my insurance does not cover gender-affirming facial surgery—only trauma-related reconstruction.
To fund this, I’m:
✔️ Using my savings & credit (I’m covering as much as I can)
✔️ Applying for grants (but competition is tough)
✔️ Exploring every possible option to make this happen
I don’t expect the world, but if you’re able to help in any way, it would mean everything. Whether it’s $5, $50, or simply sharing this page, every little bit brings me closer to my goal. If I can raise even $5,000-$10,000, that significantly eases the financial strain and makes this dream more achievable.
Why This Matters
FFS is so much more than surgery—it’s about confidence, peace, and authenticity. It’s about being able to walk through life without dysphoria constantly weighing me down. This isn’t just a cosmetic procedure; for many trans women, it’s a lifesaving step toward self-acceptance.
If you’ve ever had a moment where you wished the world could see you as you truly are, then you understand how deeply this means to me.

With love and gratitude,
Brianna
