Help me escape my freezing, leaking, moldy home

My house is deteriorating quicker than I can repair it. I don't have a furnace, because a replacement would be $4500. My sewer line is clogged, and fixing it is $6000. I have water damage and mold from repeated pipe bursts. My roof is now leaking into my kitchen, as well as a dishwasher leak. Now, because I don't have a furnace, there's ice covering my floor. I turned off my water line and now can no longer hydrate or use the bathroom. All of these repairs are tens of thousands of dollars that I will never have. Even moving is more money than I can manage on my own right now. The goal is set to get a couple of repairs done, but if necessary, I'll take what is given to me and just leave with it. EDIT: disregarding repairs, the goal is set to move out.
