help a trans creator get safe housing

Currently I'm living in an apartment with roommates who do not respect me or my cats. They refuse to follow covid-protocol; they leave the common area a mess and are constantly going out/inviting people over. They also have a habit of eating my food and disrespecting my boundaries. The strenuous emotional and physical hardships that my roommates have caused me to feel unsafe and prompts me to want to move out.
The only issue is that my only option would be to go back to living with my family. Unfortunately, my family is full of narcissists would try to emotionally manipulate me constantly and have been trying to convince me to de-transition since I came out to them. I’m looking to move out of my home state and completely cut myself off from my transphobic and narcissistic family members but I still have some debt that is preventing me from doing so.

With the help of my therapist, I realized that it was my best interest to admit myself into an inpatient psychiatric hospital for my decade long struggle with an eating disorder, severe depression, and suicidal thoughts. I recently completed a week-long inpatient hospitalization treatment and i’ve been advised to continue my treatment through an outpatient treatment program as well as a residential treatment facility for my eating disorder. Unfortunately , this treatment is very expensive. I no longer have health insurance due to my lack of income and independence from my caregivers.
2nd Update: As of March 18th, 2021, the total cost of my weeklong stay for inpatient hospitalization treatment is $7,200 and the total amount is due by April 17, 2021. So I hope that I’ll be able to reach my goal by then.
Update: 04/24/2021
I applied for Medicaid and I was accepted. Although a few of my hospital bills weren’t able to be depleted, with your help I was able to raise the money for the few that I wasn’t able to use Medicaid with. As of this moment, I am now enrolled as an Undergraduate student for the Summer 2021 term and that is where a large portion of the remaining funds for my goal with go towards. Thank you for the support. I hope to reach my complete goal by July so please continue to share and donate.
For full transparency, the funds from this fundraiser will go towards:
- paying off two maxed out cc's
- Tuition Costs
- moving costs (moving pod, plane ticket, uber costs)
- new phone (+ new number and plan)
- housing (security deposit, first month’s rent)
- pet care / esa fees
- hrt/medication/therapy
- groceries
- breaking my current lease
