Help me ease the stress off of my parents…

Some of you know and some don't but on September 30th, 2023 my mom (Jane Hoffman) wasn’t feeling well and had went to the E.R.. After running tests and CT scans we found out my mom had an aortic blood clot along with some others and also her liver was not getting enough blood. They transported her to Toledo ProMedica hospital where she went unresponsive due to a bleed in her brain and a hemorrhagic stroke. She had to have a drain tube put in to drain the bleeding from her head along with them having to remove part of her skull due to swelling. The first week she was sedated and on a ventilator and we were left with the unknown. The second week she woke up and started showing some improvement and was moved out of ICU where we then found out she has a platelet disorder that causes her body to make too many platelets which causes clotting. After being discharged from ProMedica she was then moved to a step down hospital where she continued to get some therapy and make small progress but after a week insurance denied her and basically decided she needed to be moved to an in patient rehab or skilled nursing facility. Now she is in a facility that has both. The week all this happened my dad also had foot surgery so he has been off work since and doesnt go back till the beginning of the year. This has all been stressful with the unknown of if insurance is gonna continue to deny her coverage because they feel she’s had enough time at each place plus on top of all this my dad has hospital bills coming in along with trying to keep up with their normal bills. My mom needs this therapy so she can continue her recovery as she is not anywhere near being ready to come home and she also has some medical issues she needs to overcome as well before being able to come home. I am trying to help my dad (John Hoffman) by relieving some stress so he doesnt have to worry about the insurance running out, bills getting paid, etc so he can continue to be there for my mom during recovery but also take care of himself. Anyone who knows my parents knows the love they have for each other and knows we are not ones to ask for help but i want him to feel a bit more at ease so he dont have to stress while she recovers. My parents are the most giving people and would give anyone the shirt off their back if it was needed. We just want to be able to bring my mom home when she is ready and want her to be able to get the therapy and medical attention she needs without the added stress of wondering if insurance is gonna deny her again so please help me help my parents in the most critical time of our life.
