My name is Matt Green, and I'm going to drive life-saving aid directly to Ukraine.
Most people scroll past news from Ukraine now. In partnership with an amazing non-profit Convoy4Ukraine, I'm driving there instead to deliver life-saving aid. Here's why, and how you can be part of it:
The Reality on the Ground:
While the world's attention has shifted, Ukrainians continue facing relentless attacks on their infrastructure, hospitals, and homes.
Power grids are targeted. Medical facilities are overwhelmed.
Families are living through winters without reliable heat or electricity.
Everyday supplies we take for granted – tourniquets, generators, warm clothes – are the difference between life and death.
The Mission:
I'm fundraising to buy a 4x4 or ambulance, fill it with aid, and join a group of other volunteers to drive a convoy of similar vehicles from the UK, across Europe, and deliver these vehicles and supplies directly to our Ukrainian partners.
What Your Support Will Fund:
- The Vehicle: A used 4x4 or ambulancethat will remain in Ukraine for continued humanitarian use.
- Medical Supplies: Tourniquets, trauma kits, defibrillators – equipment that saves lives.
- Aid for Children: Books, toys, and supplies for orphanages.
- Essential Items: Hygiene supplies, warm clothing, generators.
100% of funds raised will go exclusively to the above items.
Why This Matters:
Each vehicle we deliver can help save up to 50 lives. The aid impacts families directly, immediately, and tangibly. This convoy will include multiple vehicles and ambulances going directly to Ukrainian partners.
Why I'm Doing This:
When you see the need and you have the ability to act, sitting still isn't an option. I can drive. I can organize. I can get these supplies where they're needed. So that's what I'm going to do.
Every dollar you contribute goes directly into the vehicle and supplies. I'm covering my personal expenses separately (travel, lodging, etc) because this money needs to go exactly where it's needed most – into Ukraine.
