Please Help Me Defeat Breast Cancer

March 4th 2019. A day me and my family will never forget. On March 4th I got a phone call from the dr. No one wants to hear. You have cancer. I was diagnosed with Breast cancer. Invasive ductal carcinoma. Estrogen + ,Her2 negative. Never thought I'd have to learn what that means.(my cancer is fueled by my estrogen). Not only did I have to learn what that means but with all the expensive tests each one scarier then the last. I also learned that it has also spread to my lymph nodes on my left side, as well as to my bones in a few spots including my left hip proven by both a petscan and by a biopsy. After all that painful information, I found that my treatment for everything is actually very simple and best of the worst news. Removal of my ovaries. Then be put on a couple meds: a combination of things that will stop my body from making estrogen (which in turn will stop feeding the cancer). Then I will have another surgery to remove the lump. As well as injections to keep my bones healthy. Most likely I will be on meds and injections for my whole life. I just want to say thank you to family and friends helping to adjust to our new normal. I am a warrior and a survivor. I will fight for my life.
