Help Me Cross Greenland – 550 km on Skis Across Arctic Ice

Hey everyone!

In 2026, I’m taking on the challenge of a lifetime: a self-supported ski crossing of Greenland from west to east—550 km of pure Arctic wilderness.

Starting from Kangerlussuaq on the west coast, I’ll ski across the massive Greenland ice sheet, pulling my sled with all my food and gear, to reach Isortoq, a tiny fishing village on the east coast. This will be a month-long battle against extreme cold, isolation, and endless ice, with temperatures dropping to -30°C and winds that can tear down a tent in seconds.

Why am I doing this?

Because I believe in pushing limits, embracing the raw power of nature, and taking on challenges that force you to grow. If you’ve been on a glacier tour with me, you know my passion for ice, exploration, and endurance adventures.

This is the ultimate test… at least until I get the crazy idea to cross Antarctica. But let’s take it one frozen continent at a time!

How can you help?

Every contribution, big or small, brings me one step closer to the goal. The total budget is covering:

✅ Flights to and from Greenland

✅ Expedition food (high-calorie freeze-dried meals for 30+ days)

✅ Satellite communication & emergency equipment (Iridium phone, GPS tracker, SOS beacon)

✅ Cold-weather gear (-40°C sleeping bag, polar tent, sled, skis, etc.)

✅ Permits & logistics for the crossing

✅ Pre-expedition training, including a full crossing of Iceland’s Vatnajökull glacier this May 2025.
