Dear friends and family,

As many of you know, I’ve been craving a meaningful reset in my life.  I've reached a point where I need to take a step back focus on some much needed deep healing and personal growth. I’m reaching out to ask for a little help in making it happen.

Back in July, I visited the Redwoods and felt an immediate connection to the forest. Its peaceful, timeless energy gave me a sense of calm I haven’t felt in a long time. I knew I needed to return to that environment for a longer stay—one that would allow me to focus on my mental health, rediscover my self, my artistic direction, and focus in life.

I’ve secured a small cabin on a peaceful, owner-inhabited property in the Redwoods near the ocean. I feel a deep calling to spend this time there. I've contacted the owner and she has shown kindness and support to this venture and has agreed to reduce the cost by over half.

I’ll be spending my days reflecting, engaging with nature, and working through some intense personal challenges. It’s a time for me to step away from old habits and create new, healthier patterns in life. I’ll also be working with my therapist several times a week via Zoom from the Internet café near the main house on the property, so I’ll have support and accountability throughout the process.

I’m planning to leave October 1st, so I’m hoping to gather the necessary funds soon. To make this trip possible, I’m asking for help covering the basic costs—travel, rent, and essentials—so that I can focus fully on healing and self-discovery without financial stress. Any contribution, no matter how small, will go directly toward supporting this journey and my healing.

Here’s a breakdown of how the funds will be used:

• Rent: $3400 (Discounted thanks to the owner’s generosity)

• Travel: $300 (transportation to during and from the cabin)

• Food and Essentials: $550 (Groceries, basic living supplies for Echo and I during the 6-week stay)

• Therapy: $1800 (two sessions a week via Zoom)

• Emergency Fund: $200 (For any unexpected expenses)
