5 years ago, I made the decision to transition into Senior Living Administration (ALF/Memory Care) as an ED from a Nursing Home Administrator and did not renew my LNHA license. However, I couldn't stay away -- I accepted an Administrator position in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Nursing Home that is very heavily populated with incredible senior citizens that depend on Medicaid for their livelihood.

I want to, and am determined, to make their holidays as special as I can. My passion for what I do goes as deep as the ocean, and I live each day at work to put smiles on their faces and some laughter in their voices.

Any assistance you could provide will be so greatly appreciated. I would love to be able to get them each a small holiday gift and bring some holiday cheer to their lives.
