Hello!! My name is Raysa, and I am currently applying to film school. But getting in isn’t as simple as submitting a form. These applications have the added challenge of creating original short films that showcase my writing, directing, producing, and storytelling skills; and creating them takes time, energy, and, most of all, money.

As a student, I’m funding this out of pocket. I’m doing everything I can, but it’s not easy. I’m in the process of setting up an official student production company, which adds another layer of cost on top of school, work, and life.

Right now, I’m working on two short films:

One follows a stage manager having what might be the worst day of their life.

The other explores what happens when social anxiety meets an overactive imagination.

Both are stories I believe in, but both require locations, props, costumes, meals for my cast and crew, and more.

I've only ever wanted to tell stories and by donating, you can be a part of mine.
