Help Me Cover Unavoidable Pause of Disability Benefits

Hi, I'm Zak. I'm long-term disabled and currently studying for a Higher National Diploma in Legal Services via distance learning, in the hopes of working as a paralegal afterwards.

I've been on disability benefits since 2017, due to incurable, intractable pain and post-viral fatigue. At the end of February, my entitlement to legacy benefits will stop, and sometime in late March at the earliest, my Universal Credit claim will begin. I'll receive one last ESA payment in early March, and subsequently, nothing more until my UC claim is processed. It could take as little as 3 additional weeks, or as long as a few months (the last time I dealt with the DWP, it took them months to sort out an adjustment to my benefits entitlement).

My Housing Benefit will also end with my ESA entitlement, and until my UC claim is processed, I will not be able to pay council flat rent. Hence this fundraiser. While I do get student loans, they're nowhere near enough to cover both rent and bills, as well as cripple tax, and the credit card debt from the cost of living crisis.

I'm hoping to raise one month's rent (£500 or so, inclusive of Council Tax); the rest of the goal will go towards daily necessities, paying off debt, and as emergency funds in case my UC claim takes longer to process.
