UPDATE: Now we know my mom suffered a cerebral infarction, she needs expensive meds and 2 exams for her hearth. She should be at the hospital but we can´t afford that so she is at home and I'm taking care of her.

Saturday the 8th was a terrifying day, one of the most frightening. My mom had a very severe dizzy spell, she fell, and the dizziness wouldn't go away. Then came a terrible headache, and we feared the worst. I had to take her to the emergency room, she couldn't stand up, she was vomiting blood, and we couldn't calm her down. They did a lot of blood tests and an ultrasound to see if she had a perforation or if her pancreas was having problems again. Those things were ruled out. But the headache persists, and I need to get her a CT scan and an MRI, in addition to taking her for neurological checkups to make sure she is going to be okay.

Just on Saturday, I paid $220, and today, more tests, IVs, and a consultation cost me $100. I do not have the means to cover the rest of the expenses, and these image tests are very expensive, but absolutely necessary to know that her brain is okay. Please, I am once again forced to ask for help to care for my mother, who is my whole life.
